• Proactively managing your entire IT system.
• Working with in-house IT staff, for example we maintain the back-end server infrastructure, leaving in-house staff to look after day-to-day issues.
• Supporting the UK office for international companies based overseas, liaising with the IT staff at the company's headquarters.

With over 25 years experience in the IT environment, we are able to implement systems in all areas, including:-

• Server infrastructure, both physical and virtual servers
• Networking, including cabling, wifi, network switch configuration, routers, VPNs etc
• Working "in the Cloud"
• Email systems, including anti-spam
• Remote working
• System security, including firewalls, anti-virus, secure authentication, vulnerability scanning

Work is carried out on a time & materials basis.  We charge by the hour and/or day, depending on your requirements.  There is no monthly retainer fee, though when we are proactively looking after your server infrastructure, there will be time required each month for that process.
